Our high-gloss anti-scratch PVC UV marble sheets combine elegant style and great practicality, ideal for areas requiring both attractive looks and sturdy performance. The 5-layer UV coating system — consisting of primer, color base, patterned film, top clear coat and final UV curing — delivers a glossy surface over 90 GU. It creates a mirror effect that accentuates natural marble veins, and effectively stands up to everyday abrasion. We offer standard dimensions of 1220×2440mm and 1220×2900mm, and custom cutting is also available to meet various design requirements.

LOADING &PACKING
Q: Is custom sizing available for these panels?
A: Certainly. You may cut them to desired dimensions with a fine-tooth circular saw (18–24 teeth per inch), or use a CNC router to create precise custom shapes. PVC dust may irritate the respiratory tract, so we suggest wearing a dust mask while cutting.
Q: Are special glues required for installation?
A: No special adhesive is needed. Regular solvent-based glue such as neoprene contact cement is applicable. If low-VOC standards are required, water-based adhesives are also a great choice. Spread glue evenly on both the panel and base surface, leave it for 10 to 15 minutes until sticky, then press firmly to ensure full adhesion.
Q: How does maintenance compare with natural marble?
A: Natural marble needs annual sealing treatment and is easily damaged by acidic materials. By contrast, our panels only need simple regular cleaning. They also resist cracking caused by temperature fluctuations, a frequent problem for genuine stone.
