Premium-grade panels feature a sleek, even surface without air bubbles, surface scratches or color difference, equipped with uniform, full-coverage UV topcoat.
Defective panels commonly have fuzzy grain, printing ghost marks and patchy surface discoloration.
Flexibility & Toughness: Premium panels feature strong resilience and fracture resistance under slight bending. Low-grade panels will develop white stress marks or surface powder peeling after bending.
Material Density: With identical panel thickness, high-density panels weigh more with compact cross-section texture. By contrast, low-density panels have visible pores and loose internal structure on the cutting section.
Qualified panels produce no sharp, unpleasant smell. Wipe the panel surface with a wet cloth and check odor; unqualified goods will release strong irritating fumes.

Water bead test: Clean water beads up and slides off the panel surface like lotus leaves. Inferior panels absorb water quickly and leave permanent water marks.

Scratch the panel surface gently with hard objects; qualified panels stay intact or only leave negligible traces.
Flame retardant test: B1-class fire-retardant panels stop burning once away from open flame, while inferior panels keep combusting continuously.
Verify actual thickness complies with standard size (such as 3mm±0.2mm). Excessive size deviation means substandard quality.
Check neatness of cutting edges. Burrs and edge breakage will weaken edge sealing performance during on-site installation.

Matte and glossy surface shall be uniform without flow streaks. The finished UV coating must pass the 500-hour anti-yellowing aging test.
