PVC Panel Accessories: Clips, Trims, Joint Connectors, Cornices
Mainly use corner : U / TOP / H Corner
Customer can take the clips as different decoration need.
Various decorative finishes are provided, including hot stamping and surface printing,Laminated.
We supply panels in various designs: central groove, dual grooves, V-shaped groove, U-shaped groove and flat style.
INSTALL:
Install wooden frameworks on the ceiling to form the base frame prior to fitting PVC panels. It is recommended to set horizontal wooden battens at an interval of about 50 cm. Aluminum keels are also acceptable.
Measure the dimensions of the installation area.
Cut U-clips and top clips to the required size, then fasten them in place with screws.
Trim the flexible side tongue of the first PVC ceiling panel. Fit the panel tightly into the clips, then secure the panel to the wooden keel with screws every 50 cm.
Repeat the above steps to install and fasten subsequent PVC ceiling panels.
Cut holes on the panels as required for light fixtures installation.
