Q: Are the panels suitable for curved surfaces?
A: Yes, panels with thickness ≤2mm can be bent to a minimum radius of 50cm when heated to 60-70°C (using a heat gun). Thicker panels (3mm) are rigid and best suited for flat surfaces.
Q: Can they be repaired if damaged?
A: Minor scratches can be buffed out with a fine abrasive pad (400-grit) followed by a polish. For deeper damage, replacement of individual panels is straightforward due to the modular design.
Q: What is the maximum height they can be installed without additional support?
A: Panels can be installed vertically up to 3m without additional supports, provided they are secured with adhesive at 30cm intervals along the perimeter and studs. For heights exceeding 3m, add horizontal furring strips every 1.5m.
