PVC Ceiling Panel Standard Packaging
The panels are normally wrapped with PE film. Standard packing quantity is 10 pieces per bundle.
We also provide carton packaging in yellow and white styles.

INSTALLATION
Construct a ceiling framework with wooden battens prior to installing PVC panels. The recommended gap between horizontal battens is 50 cm. Aluminum keels can be used as an alternative.
Measure the area to be installed.
Trim U-clips and top clips to the required size, then fasten them in place with screws.
Cut off the flexible side tongue of the first PVC panel. Fit the panel tightly into the clips and secure it to the wooden keel with screws at 50 cm intervals.
Repeat the above procedure to mount the remaining panels.
Cut holes on the panels where necessary to accommodate light fixtures.
